Construction Phase – Managing Risk via monitoring the compliance of contractual obligations and reporting regarding the changes to the scope of work, acceleration and/or modifications to schedule; preparation of delay and acceleration claims, design errors and omissions claims, differing and changed conditions claims, mechanics' liens and surety bond claims; and dispute avoidance, mitigation, mediation and resolution.

Post-Construction Phase – Construction Claims Preparation and Defenses to claims analysis, evaluation and preparation of claims regarding defective workmanship, bad faith terminations, acceleration, change orders, damages, disruptions, delays, extra work, loss of productivity, schedule claims, and surety bond claims; and dispute avoidance.
